A New Year’s Meditation

As we move into this brand new year – this 2010 – with all that it has to offer, it became obvious to me that there were some very different energies at work and play this year. Specifically, it became very obvious to me that connecting with my nonphysical support team would be most effective if I were to find a different, more unique way to connect (meditate as some would say).

And so, I spent some time thinking about how this year, this new 2010, is different from other years that it would be well served with different connection points. And the answer became obvious. 2010 is a year in the continuum of ramping into 2012 and beyond. As it is closer in the space/time continuum to 2012, it is also moving closer to that frequency.

This meant, to me, that my meditation practices would be well served if I found a way to increase their frequencies as well. And I have – through the frequency of joy and of gratitude.

Are you receiving a similar nudge? Are your meditations/communications with the non-physical feeling in need of a subtle shift? If so, consider a gentle rise in frequency and see if that brings about improved alignment.

I have found that my meditation practices has changed radically in the last year. I also feel that I have raised my vibrational frequencies quite a bit in the last year as well… I just now stop, take a couple of breaths and I find I am in a meditative mind… For more on this see my website http://www.connectingpointe.com

Great idea, but will this work over the long run?

It will work, to one degree or another, in both the short run and the long run. How affective it is depends upon the attention and focus we give it.
