Belief: I am all alone

How often do you hear yourself think…’even in a crowd, I am all alone’?  How often do you feel lonely in your life?  Loneliness is also a belief.  You can choose to hold a belief that you are never alone…that you are supported from both the physical and the non-physical realm.  You can shift your belief.

Loneliness is a serious condition for many people, some from time to time and for some individual for a very long time.  Listen to your thoughts about why you are lonely.  Listen to what you tell yourself about what is going on in your life.  Loneliness is an outgrowth of beliefs that people do not enjoy being around you.  Do you feel this way?
