Belief: The Holidays are Hard

The delightful and not-so-very difficult Thanksgiving holiday has just passed and we are now faced with the oh-so-challenging December holiday events.  And, as we enter the month of December, a large number of us begin to get depressed.

By the statistics, December is one of the most challenging months for many individuals…in fact, for the vast majority of the population.  And why would this be?  Is December not a time to focus on peace and good will?  Is not December a time to focus on family and joy?

December has become, in our societal norm, a very difficult and trying time.  December has become a time of over spending, over indulgence, and over cheerfulness (if that is possible).

Begin to shift your beliefs about the intention of this holiday time and begin to enjoy it once again.  December is a time of joy and love and peace and good will.  Let us all return to that belief and enjoy December.

How would you like to consider shifting some of your long-held  beliefs?
