What does it Mean to Be Self Aware?

Yeah, what does it really mean to be self-aware?  Does it mean that we understand each and every one of our actions?  Our choices?  Our decisions in life?  Or does this topic really deal with the concept that we are acting in alignment with a larger plan, the plan created for each of us before we came to the earth realm for the iteration we are now experiencing as human beings?

The cloths we choose, the colors we wear (when we have the choice), the books we are drawn to read, and the people we bring into our spheres are most dynamic indicators to us of who we each are and who we are becoming.  And what more do we each need to learn about than who we are???

Personally, I have been spending a great deal of time on topic as it seems to be the topic du jour for my clients and friends…and as such, I found an amazing lady to spend some time with who seems to have a great deal of awareness of not only her own self, also of what we are each telling ourselves through our daily choices and activities. The lady I am speaking of is Margaret Ann Lembo, my radio show guest for this week.

So, begin to consider your level of Self Awareness.  Begin to notice what you choose and why.  Begin to be aware of all that you don’t choose and why.  All of this information leads us to a greater awareness of who we are and whom we are becoming.

Enjoy your becoming…
