Belief: I am Unlovable

November 8, 2010

Do you remember the first time you ever thought that thought, heard that statement being said by someone, or considered such a possibility was even in the realm of likelihood?

Most likely you do not.  Most likely you have a connection to the statement and have no idea where it came from or how you ever picked it up.  This is because this phrase is most often used with small children by some adult that feels very unlovable and unloved for we are a mirror for everything. And, most often we have heard this type of statement, whether it is directed at us or not, as something we ought to embrace – something that is true about ourselves – something that denotes us as well as whomever else the statement was being made about.

And it becomes a belief.

Begin right now to shift your belief.  To know that you are utterly and totally lovable.  That the wonder of you is so dynamic and so understated that it beacons to those who are attracted to your specific and unique frequency.  And then go about your day with the knowing that you are totally and irrefutably lovable.

This simple shift, this simple knowing that for those whose frequency is attracted to you (and there are hundreds of thousands) you are totally lovable.  Attract those individuals into your life.  Attract love into your life.  Be lovable.

How would you like to shift this belief?
