    This show promises to be extremely interesting. To anybody who doesn’t know about limiting beliefs yet – you probably have a whole bunch of them.

    I know I do.

    Get educated. Learn as much as you can – then start deleting those viruses from your brain.

    BTW, meditating can be extremely helpful – because it teaches us to observe our thoughts.

    While sitting at home and doing self-analysis can be a vital process in your personal growth, once you get the knack of it, you can apply a more active approach.

    Limiting beliefs are very sneaky. They love to hide and stay unnoticed. There’s an easy way to make them come out though:

    Just set a goal, and take a step toward it. Listen the objections in your mind. They will start jumping at you. Pay close attention to those lies shouting at you, then use a method of your choice to bust them.

    This may seem scary at first, but once you get used to it, you will feel immensely empowered.
